Terms of Service

These terms describe how STL Galaxy works. They are not legal advice. Confirm registered business name, ABN and governing law (intended: Victoria, Australia) before publish.

The service

STL Galaxy lets makers list apps and designs, host approved apps for free, sell downloads, connect AI clients via MCP, and order prints from certified print farms. Using the site means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email. Sign-in may use an emailed 6-digit code. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Hosting apps

App hosting is free. Every app is reviewed and approved by STL Galaxy before public listing. When approved, we add the app to the platform; if you chose Connect to AI, we also register it on the STL Galaxy AI connector (MCP). See Apply and AI Connector Policy.

Sales and fees

  • Paid downloads require sign-in and payment through STL Galaxy (Stripe).
  • STL Galaxy keeps a 12.5% platform commission on sales and paid print jobs (card, admin and platform fees). Sellers / farms keep 87.5%.
  • Payouts use Stripe Connect after onboarding. We do not store card numbers.
  • Maker Space access plans (if any) are separate from free hosting — see Pricing.

Print farms

Joining as a print farm is free. Applications are reviewed; approved farms receive a Certified badge. Buyers pay STL Galaxy; we keep 12.5% and transfer the farm’s share. Farms must not publish street addresses or phone numbers on the platform.

Acceptable use

No malware, scams, adult content, stolen designs, or illegal activity. Developers and farms must comply with applicable laws including privacy and consumer law. We may suspend or remove listings that break the rules.

AI connector

Connecting an AI does not unlock paid downloads. Export and download still require sign-in and payment on STL Galaxy. Details: AI Connector Policy.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Listings are provided by third-party makers and farms; review apps before relying on them.
